This is a real picture, it is a part of someones colon. Does anyone know what resides in the colon? Thats right, poop. I didn't even know they could get this big. If you needed motivation to eat oatmeal in the morning or any other form of fiber this should do it. My hubby who has seen just about everything in the or rooms was even surprised at this bad boy.
