So as many of you know, Spence and I were this close to buying a house last year and this is the house. Its a smaller and more affordable version of the first house. We LOVED it and were about a week away from buying when we found out the kids variances would carry throught to middle school and high school. I was a little dissapointed but not too much because poor Spence would be working a lot more if we got it.
